RESIDENTIAL REBATES

The Partnership of Bay Area SMACNA contractors and SMWIA Local No. 104 is sponsoring our Residential Rebate program for all of your heating and cooling needs.

Currently, the following rebates are available depending on the efficiency of your furnace, your equipment's manufacturer, and the selection of a partipicating contractor:

• Local Union No. 104 Rebate up to $375 depending on the efficiency and equipment that is installed by a participating contractor.
• PG&E rebates of up to $300 for high-efficiency furnaces and duct sealing.
• Spring Promotional Rebates from many of the major heating/cooling equipment manufacturers.
• Federal Tax credits for 95% AFUE furnaces and for some variabel speed furnaces. This credit, which is usable in the 2009 or 2010 tax year for taxpayers that itemize deductions, will apply to 30% of the installed cost on qualifying equipment, up to a limit of a $1,500.00 tax credit for the entire two-year period.
